All Sales Final

At DRENCHD, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.


Pre-Order Policy

All orders are placed as pre-orders.

By purchasing from DRENCHD, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your item is made to order
  • Estimated shipping time is 6–8 weeks
  • Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed

All pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once placed.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

To report an issue, you must email hello@shopdrenchd.com within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

If approved, we will provide a replacement of the same item at no cost.

We do not offer refunds for damaged or defective items.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

DRENCHD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, DRENCHD is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Packages marked as delivered
  • Carrier delays

Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
